Metis Insights is an independent advisory practice working with humanitarian, international development and mission-driven organisations facing complex strategic and institutional challenges.
Founded by Francesca Paola Traglia, the practice builds on more than 17 years of international experience across humanitarian operations, organisational leadership, gender justice, human rights, resource mobilisation, research and evaluation
